Chianti Bio Wine and Oil Tasting
We'll introduce you to the stunning landscape of Chianti, the most famous wine region in Italy and one of the most amazing areas in the world. We'll walk through the vineyards and explore the cellar of Torcibrencoli winery and our secrets to make the best Chianti Classico wine and organic olive oil. In our farm you will taste 4 of our organic wines and we will discuss together about them, then eat some delicious homemade food, cheese and organic olive oil both produced on site: get ready to experience nature and its most precious fruits in first person! Other things to note: We are along the amazing "Chiantigiana" road, about 30min from Florence and 10min from Greve in Chianti. Horsebackriding – explore Tuscan nature
When you arrive at our reception, take your time to take a drink at the bar. The receptionist will show you the way to the stables. The horses are cleaned and saddled and ready to go, unless you would like to come earlier and help or watch us preparing them. Riding helmets are available for you for the time of your ride. Meet your horses and make friends with them. Depending on your level of experience in horse riding, we will explain to you everything you need to know before we start the trail ride, and of course, we will help you to get up. And then let`s go! On our different routes, we pass by the incomparably beautiful and varied landscape of the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Arbia. Right in the beginning, you will already be able to see the symbol of our Fattoria, a centuries-old holm oak that stands all alone on it`s hill. We call it the “special wishing-tree”. While we circle it on horseback, your gaze can wander far across the valley called Val d`Arbia. On our following ride we will immerse ourselves in the varied landscape of the so called Crete Senesi, rich of beauty and history. Along hidden trails, across fields and oak groves, along lakeshores and over hills ridges you will collect unforgettable memories and the contact with the horse as a touching experience. Ansonsten zu beachten Body weight limit for our horses is 90 kg! You don't have to be an athlete to take part in our rides, nor do you need any previous experience. Chianti in a Glass
I will guide on a tour of "Poggi del Chianti Winery", in a XIX century farmhouse where myself and my family produce organic wines and extra virgin olive oil. The winery is located between the villages of Cavriglia and Gaiole in Chianti, upon the Morellino hill, around 1 hour from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The tour moves from the outside to the inside of the winery, focusing on the winemaking processes and the Tuscan traditions. At the end of the visit, the tasting of the wines paired whit some seasonal snacks: white, roseè, Chianti and Chianti Classico, Supertuscan, Vinsanto del Chianti. Evo Oil. Others things to note Arriving by your own car it's warm suggested. By public transportation from FLORENCE or AREZZO we are reachable by Trains, there is not a good Bus service. The closer train Station is “MONTEVARCHI TERRANUOVA”. From the local train station to the winery I can organise a pick up service ( the cost of the transportation is not included).
A Real Tuscan Wine Experience, Level Two
I really hope to receive lot a wine lovers which want to have an unique wine and olive oil experience. Welcome drink at the arrival, guided visit of the middle age cellar, in the garden followed by a walk in the vineyards and in the olive groves and finally rich wine tasting and nice home made food served in a charming place that you will love it. According with the season you can be part of the works in the vineyards or in in the cellar. The time we suggest are; all the month of may, when there are the small clusters, September during the grape harvest, March, when we prune the vines and we press the dried grapes for the dessert wine Vin Santo, November when we pick the olives and we crush them. On summer you can do wonderful hike in the vineyards and maybe you can help to bottle the wine. Few days of the year it could be possible to do also a wine tasting from the barrels with our master of wine who will explain the secrets of the winemaking, ask in advance for it. If you love balsamic vinegar, we will introduce in its history and you will try vinegar with different ageing. You will also discover the incredible flavours of the white truffle infused in our extra virgin. If you want to have a bottle with your personalized label, let me know 12 hours in advance your name and surname and I will prepare the private label; you will choose the wine here. Cook with Cristiana and Mamma Nora
During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! You will discover and learn the secrets of homemade pasta, how to prepare a good savory sauce to accompany it and make one of the most famous Italian desserts: Tiramisù. Of course the menu can change according to guests's requests. We will cook together using mainly our all organic products, starting from the eggs of my hens. we will use flours of ancient Tuscan grains and above all we will cook with seasonal vegetables as they did in the past. We will cook inside the old celler of the Farm, as it is the coolest place we could find in summer! We will visit the garden to pick up some herbs, and for the brave ones, there will be a visit to our chicken coop! Once finished working, we will set the table and we will finally enjoy our wonderfully prepared meals. Other things to note Please, bring a lot of joy! We will spend the day together so It is forbidden to be sad! In summer, as we are in the country side, please wear long trousers and closed shoes... or bring mosquitos repellent cream. Visit of the new winery of Via della Stella, including a wine tasting. We will have a nice walk through the olive grove and the vegetable garden, accompanied by Chiara or a collegue. We will then take you to the new cellar where you will feel the place where our wines come to life. The modernity of the equipment combined with the charm of the old farmhouse make it a unique and authentic experience. Followed by the tasting of wines and a small tasting of typical products of our land.

Visiteremo insieme l'azienda San Giorgio a Lapi. Partiremo con una breve passeggiata per visitare la piccola chiesetta del 1100 dove all'interno potremo ammirare un affresco storico del San Giorgio. Durante la passeggiata visiteremo le vigne e scopriremo la filosofia aziendale oltre ad avere una magnifica vista su tutto il territorio circostante e scoprire così i vari volti della campagna Senese dal zona del Chianti Classico alle Crete Senesi. Proseguiremo la visita seguendo i passaggi della raccolta dell'uva fino alla formazione del vino e della sua maturazione. Infine degusteremo i vini del Chianti Colli Senesi e del Chianti Classico per imparare le loro proprietà e le loro caratteristiche e scoprire così il territorio all'interno del vino. Altre cose da tenere a mente Per avere l'esperienza soltanto in italiano, o se avete esigenze diverse di orari prima di prenotare potete scriverci e troveremo una soluzione. Wine Tasting in a Historic Winery
Per distinguere le diverse varietà di uva, vi accompagneremo per prima cosa a fare un giro nelle vigne che circondano Travignoli, in Chianti Rufina, dove già nell'epoca etrusca si coltivava la vite ed ancora oggi lo facciamo con attenzione e rispetto verso la natura. Visiteremo la cantina storica del 1400 scavata nella roccia, la cantina moderna e la tinaia fornendo spiegazioni tecniche sul procedimento vinicolo. Avrete modo di visitare anche i cortili privati all'interno della villa, che era nel 1400 un possedimento del Monastero di Santa Maria Nuova a Firenze e di ascoltarne la storia. Infine nel wineshop vi sarà la degustazione guidata ai nostri vini; sarà anche possibile rilassarsi nel giardino e nella bellissima terrazza panoramica sulla vallata dell'Arno.

Producing organic wines in a sustainable environment has been our mission from day one. It was an ethical choice, first of all. Wine Taste&Tour is an experience branded Podere di Pomaio focused on organic quality wine and its production. Most of the experience takes place outdoor, and the tasting too can take place in the terrace garden of the winery, under the Tuscan sun (according to the weather). The experience is safe and enjoyable, thanks to the big outdoor area we have. The tour is divided in 3 phases: tour of the vineyard where we will introduce us to the principles of organic cultivation, tour in the modern ECO-Green cellar (included among the 14 most beautiful design wineries of Tuscany) talking about the vinification technique and organic production, tasting of 3 wines combined with great craft food from local producers. Our mission is to give you the chance to learn a little bit more about wine, the process to make it, and the best way to enjoy it. PASTAMANIA
Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, easy to reach, 5 minutes from the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will show you all the steps necessary for the preparation of sauces such as "Pommarola" and "Ragù alla bolognese". At the end we will set the table and eat all together the pasta you have made, with 3 different sauces, like a real Italian family. We will be about 12 participants, the experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During lunch will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. We hope that this experience can be useful to increase your culinary knowledge and make sure that you can do our secrets at your home and leaving your diners amazed! You magically will be able to turn flours into a beautiful , healthy , digestible sourdough bread and pizza made with selected heritage organic flours locally produced and an old starter that I have been using since 2010. In total safety, you will learn the difference between a wild starter and commercial yeasts, you will know about nutritional properties of flours, how to choose them, you will learn kneading and bread folding techniques. For special pizza toppings, we shall go directly in the vegetable garden of the farm to pick your favourites! As an "aperitivo" you will taste our production olive oil with some other goodies and wine . While the bread will be baking in the oven, we'll be eating a delicious pizza altogether al fresco. It will be fun & flour for one day! Escape the summer hot air of Florence for one night and enjoy the fresh air and beauty of Tuscan hills. You will go back home with your bread, our wild yeast , recipe and much more awareness on food. Slow Food- Dalla Vigna alla Vinsantaia
Al vostro arrivo verrete accolti in azienda da Chiara che, durante una passeggiata che vi guiderà alle vigne, comincerà a parlarvi di come nasce questo prodotto, il Vinosanto da uve affumicate dell’Alta Valle del Tevere, Presidio Slow Food. Verrete avvolti dal verde delle campagne umbre, in una passeggiata che si snoderà fra tre diversi vigneti… Rientrando in azienda l'esperienza proseguirà nella Vinsantaia, luogo dove il tempo non esiste e la tradizione continua… qui, ogni anno, ad Ottobre le uve vengono appese con delle coppiole di cotone al soffitto e spremute a fine Febbraio. Giorni dopo, il mosto ricavato viene messo “a dimora” in caratelli di rovere dove ”incontra” la Madre, che rende il Vinosanto – prodotto da ogni famiglia - unico ed inconfondibile. Il mosto resterà nei caratelli per un minimo di 10 anni e, alla fine, si otterrà un nettare ambrato dal caratteristico sentore di affumicato. E la degustazione? Lasciatevi stupire da un insolito abbinamento: Vinosanto ed Erborinati! A wonderful experience into the fresh and sweet waters of Resco’s river. This river, for millennia, drawed this valley and it gave us landscapes of immeasurable beauty. Just one hour walking through a marvelous countryside to reach a natural swimming pool. You will have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours in a wonderful place away from modern life, in contact with the locals, which I guarantee to be the most picturesque there can be in Tuscany and its surroundings. You will be welcomed as friends, to Buzzico, we all know each other even when we don't know each other. A place to meet, get to know each other, talk, leave something of ourselves even for a single time. Other things to note For those with their own vehicle there are no place restrictions. Lenght about 3 Km. Easy path.

Un corso dedicato alla tradizione, alla cucina povera toscana ma anche quella più antica, che rischia di andar perduta. Un corso dedicato alla condivisione in famiglia, in una cucina tipica toscana, in una tipica colonica immersa nella campagna toscana. Il menù che verrà preparato sarà deciso insieme agli ospiti e consumato insieme, ovviamente accompagnato da ottimi vini. IL PREZZO è COMPRENSIVO DEL PRANZO (O CENA).

I am happy to welcome you in my home among olive trees & vineyards. My kitchen is big, with a spacious table, fully and simply equipped. We will prepare 2 traditional Tuscan dishes of the area between Florence and Arezzo or tradional italian ones. Dishes vary upon the seasons following heritage recipes as Pappa al pomodoro , Homemade Pizza, Ravioli spinach & ricotta, Tagliatelle Ragu, Vegetarian Tagliatelle, Gnocchi sorrentina, Pici ( Tuscan pasta ), Orecchiette ( South Italy pasta), Typical Tuscan appetizers & seasonal bruschettas, Stewed chicken , Amatriciana sauce, Carbonara sauce, Cacio e Pepe sauce, Tiramisù. I use fresh herbs from my garden and extravergin olive oil from the groves around my home. After cooking, we enjoy the meal together as a family with local Chianti wine . If the weather is nice we can enjoy the food in the garden.​ You will receive my family recipes so you can cook them again when you are back home and share them with your friends and beloved ones to save them through the time. If you book quite in advance, the menu​ can be personalized.​ Send me a message if the date or time you require is not available. Pasta making in Renaissance Villa in Chianti
We'll start off with an introductory tour of the villa, a wonderful example of Renaissance architecture from the end of 1500, and show you the historic gardens, featuring bosso hedges, lemon trees, roses and fountains ("giardino all’italiana"). In the historic kitchen we’ll teach you from scratch how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal, including starters, homemade pasta and dessert, using seasonal products from our vegetable garden. You will also get to taste local Chianti wine and our cold pressed olive oil with the typical Tuscan bread, fresh tomatoes, garlic and basil (“bruschetta”). We'll finally have our full meal in the garden with an amazing view over the Chianti hills.
