We pick you up by launch in either Rio Dulce town, 11 miles upriver, or in Livingston, 6 miles downriver. There are no roads, everything is done by water. We call it "Waterworld" around here. The cabin comes with kayaks, and a launch with a 15 hp motor, available for an extra $40 per day. Driver/ guide available. Telephones using cell towers are fairly reliable. The internet....we try, but not guaranteed. Remember this site is very remote, accessible only by boat.

Local "ma and pa" stores for basic supplies. several restaurant/ bars are nearby, again only accessed by water. Interesting locale with native cayucos paddling by. Good fishing and shrimping, water is freshwater not salt. Good birdwatching, pristine environment with jungle and rainforest.
