Situated within owner's 2 acre property in a quiet, semi rural setting, with extensive gardens, Gum trees, bird life and peaceful surrounds. Valley view over horse stud farm. Situated within 2km of Oakbank township.

Large bathroom with traditional claw-foot bath and separate shower, and washing machine.
Country breakfast provided for self catering.
Kitchen facilities include fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster.
Wood combustion heater, wood supplied. Air conditioning in family and bedroom.
