Luxury entertainment is provided via a renowned Bang and Olufsen multimedia TV, surround sound and beo sound digital media radio/ cd system, providing amazing sound quality whether you are listening to music or watching a film. The Television has been professionally fitted by Bang and Olufsen and the television can be pulled away from the wall towards the sofa for a true cinema feel or can be rotated towards the dining area or alternatively rotated towards the terrace allowing you to watch television whilst relaxing in a recliner in the sun.

The main lounge has a large seated sofa area with cushions and throws for added comfort. The sofa is easily pulled out to provide further sleeping facilities or just an area to lounge for additional comfort. It is tastefully decorated with art and ornaments to create a luxurious relaxing feel. There are dining facilities for 6 people and the table can be extended if you so require.

The apartment boasts two generous sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with dressing table and generous wardrobe space. For additional comfort there is a hairdryer and hair straighteners for your use. Bedding provided is of a superior quality and finish to enhance your comfort. The second bedroom has two single beds generous wardrobe space. A 32 inch wall mounted tv provides additional entertainment in bedroom two. The lounge sofa provides capacity to sleep 6 people comfortably.

The apartment has two bathrooms with a jacuzzi bath/ shower in the master bedroom and further wc, sink and shower in the second bathroom.

The kitchen has all the facilities you will need and more. It has a washing machine, tumble dryer fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It has been thoughtfully equipped with pans and utensils including of course a paella pan and tapas dishes. There is even a lazy susan, wine cooler, and cocktail glasses to enhance your Al – Fresco dining. There are two terraces both boasting a sea view and sun throughout the day moving from front to back terrace. The front terrace has two luxurious sun loungers and dining facilities with six cushioned recliners. There is a small table and chairs on the back terrace to watch the sun set with a glass of wine.

There are 5 swimming pools with free sun-bathing loungers and some hammocks for lounging in the sun are planned, there is one child’s pool. Our apartment overlooks one of the pools from the front terrace enabling you to see your children whilst relaxing on the terrace. Beach towels and cool box are for clients use.

Secure underground parking with a lift from car park to apartment brings increased security and a cool car in the summer. The apartment is accessible to those with reduced mobility/ wheelchair users as there is a lift and therefore stairs are not necessary to negotiate

Our apartment is a just under an hour’s drive from Malaga airport (approx 90km) or a 30 minute drive from Gibraltar airport. Jerez and Seville could provide other alternatives.Adjacent to, and overlooks a beautiful Duquesa golf course. Other golf courses nearby are too numerous to list but range from ‘local courses’ to ones of international quality such as Valderrama and Finca cortesian.

Full hot and cold air conditioning alongside inclusive cleaning and laundry charges are provided. You will be met by a key holder on arrival who will facilitate your stay.

We have provided a guest folder to suggest numerous local attractions inclusive of Puerto Banus/Marbella which are internationally renowned. Luxury shopping, zoos, waterparks, fishing trips, theme parks and public parks are all readily accessible from the apartment. Who could resist a visit to Gibraltar or nearby white washed Andalusian mountain villages. Sabinillas is the nearest typically Spanish town within a five minute drive of the apartment. It boasts a seafront promenade for sun baked walks, several beach bars/chiringuitos and numerous other bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Menu del dias and tapas provide mouth-watering options here.

Estepona is within a 15-20 minute drive and it quite simply cannot be missed as it’s town centre in typical Andalusian flower pot lined streets adorned with statues that provides a lovely stroll through the vibrant streets’ teeming with fabulous Tapas bars and quirky shops. Estepona has a further beautiful port/Marina and numerous visitor attractions like museums, art galleries and further shopping opportunities. Estepona has miles of beaches and further walking and people watching opportunities alongside a beautiful promenade.

La Duquesa enjoys an advantageous location to the west of Marbella ­ sometimes called "the Other Costa del Sol". The essence in this distinction is that the area retains a vast amount of unspoiled natural scenery and authentic local character - while sharing the fantastic climate and all the excellent services and infrastructure of the rest of the Costa del Sol. This is primarily due to a limited and well-managed development. The result: an ideal balance of relaxed living with easy access to every imaginable amenity. In other words, quality of life.

The beautiful port of La Duquesa offers full Marina Services for boating enthusiasts as well as a myriad of attractions for those with no aspirations to take to the water. For those that a do, a number of companies offer Jet Boat, Wake Board, Boat trips and Scuba Diving. The attractive promenades surrounding the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes in which to while away the days.

CAFE AND BARS
On the east side (Muelle de Levante) a number of cafe bars face the Marina due to the afternoon sun make a very pleasand place to have a snack or a drink and watch the world go by. h3O and Dolphin Bar are such bars along with La Marine on the corner.

In the main complex are a number of bars, many foreign run as the names suggest. Bar La Fuente, CJ-s family bar, Leisure Lounge, Jolly Saylor, Ryders, Cork Tree, Kinsale, Deja Vu, Hemmingways, Penguin.
RESTAURANTS
The vast choice of eating options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and, of course, Spanish with its fresh, local fish. Here is a selection: La Traviota (Grill Bistro), Tim"s (Fish and Chips), Cenachero de la Duquesa (Spanish), Taj Majal (Indian), Sabor Toscano, Il Capitano, Ciao, Parapiro (Italian), Victoria Grill (Argentinian), Kinnaree (Thai), Griffins, The Pergola, Kinsale

NIGHTLIFE
Many of the the bars and restaurants mentioned open late in the summer months. Later music bars include Rojo47 and Bojangles disco.

TOURIST MARKET
In the summer weekend evenings the port hosts a unique Crafts Market, popular with the local residents as well as visitors.

GOLF
La Duquesa Golf and Country Club boasts an 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.

BEACHES

SABINILLAS OVERVIEW
The present-day fishing village is a new settlement which developed over the last century or so. Like most towns on the Costa del Sol, it has seen rapid growth over the last few decades.

Since the construction of Punta Almina estate in the 1980s, Sabinillas has become a popular place for expats working locally and in Gibraltar. The most recent developments are the improvements to Avenida Manilva, the construction of the seafront promenade and the underpass for the traffic on the coast road A7.

One thing has not changed and that is the reputation of the seafood bars and restaurants on the seafront and one of the quieter most expansive beaches in the area.

SUNDAY MARKET
What started out in 1990 as small Sunday morning car boot sale in Sabinillas, supported by a few expats, is now one of the biggest rastros on the coast and a visit from bullfighter Javier Conde helped to cement its reputation. Since its humble beginnings, the market has changed locations three times to accommodate a growing clientele, and is now located at the Feria Ground on the 'Caretera las Baños' road that cuts inland from the A7 on the roundabout just west of the River Manilva. There is also a local produce market on a Friday morning in the 'Zona de la Noria' at the west end of the seafront promenade.

AUGUST FULL MOON PARTY (LUNA LLENA DE MANILVA)
Since 2011 each summer, Sabinillas has held a full moon festival on its beaches in August, with live bands, dancing, body painting, craft stalls and friends getting together on the beach for moonlight picnics. The full moon festival was inspired by the famous lantern and full moon festival in Koh Pha Ngan in Thailand, although more family orientated.

MANILVA FAIR (FERIA)
Second week in August. 2015 dates: 6-9 August. The Feria Ground is locarted on the 'Caretera las Baños' road that cuts inland from the A7 on the roundabout just west of the River Manilva.
