The Bedroom
-Room 1: Super Large Room with King Size Bed and Memory Form Mattress, TV, Attached Bathroom.
-Room 2: Wall to floor carpeted room with King Size Bed + 1 Single Extra Bed, Attached Bathroom.
Both rooms have Insulated wood ceiling to keep you warm.

Other things to note

The Room could accommodate 6 persos which make is a lot cheaper, but then you shouldn't mind tight spaces.
BBQ or Bonfire facility is also available. Please check with us for cost

Please Note: Breakfast is not included . We charge a nominal rate you can order with us

We are in an awesome location just 10 minutes from the lake, and only 2 KMs to the town center.

Some FAQs

Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel?
A: It's a private heritage bungalow, it is a unique FUN experience and we will be there to make you as comfortable as possible.

Q: Handicap accessible?
A: Partial. You'll need to get on the house which requires a 1-2' steps.

Q: Space?
A: You'll find the layout of the house extremely spacious and comfortable.
Restaurants are abt 5 mins by walk. We also provide a private kitchen with basic utensils at the cost of Rs 300 per day so that you can cook or we can suggest some great local restaurants. A part of the property will be shared by the host(has separate entrance), in view of keeping the true spirit of homestays. We ultimately we are committed to making memories for you

Q: Room Heaters ?
A: Our rooms rooms are designed to be cozy and warm. On request I can provide electric heater (additional cost - I am sure you wont need it).. No matter the time of year you visit you can be assured that you will be staying in a nice comfortable environment!

Q: Complementary Breakfast
Sorry this is not part of the package, unlike hotels we don’t say complementary breakfast and add as a hidden cost. You can order with us and we charge a nominal cost

Q: Homecooked Food
Yes we provide fresh homecooked food based on preorder. SORRY SOMEDAYS THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED, will recommend good restaurants.

Q: Bike Rentals
Sorry there is no bike rental concept in Kodai, happy to arrange cabs or treks.

Disclaimer: If you are looking for a luxury, touristy, more value than what we offer, then this is not the place for you. There are ample, exorbitantly priced cottages, resorts and hotels which I will be more than happy to suggest.
