* Visiting Horse riding school and riding (subject to availability )

It is an international residential resort near Legoland! 40 nationalities living in the resort. It is a joy to spot them in the morning jogging with their dogs with smiles and saying hello to you.

My name is Zilly, the host of Villa Serenity! I work as Marketing Manager in a SME. I responsible for our communication.
we have our property manager Mr. Alvin who take care the maintenance and also take care of our guests . . Our dear Chika take cares the cleanliness of the villa .

As the villa is very spacious and siting on a big land, close to a mangrove , It is not easy to manage such a spacious property.

We have to say, It is not perfect, there are few things you need know before your booking.

1. outdoor insects (Mitigation: insects traps will be installed soon)

2. Outdoor kitchen only (no indoor kitchen or cooking facilitated)

3. Service Available from 8am-7pm .

* for outdoor insect, frogging will be carried on regularly | insects traps will be installed soon | insects repellent background sound can be found in You tube .

If you like immerse yourself in nature and staying in a spacious clean house with a big private swimming pool to chill out with your family or friends, this is the idea place for you.

If you want to be pampered in all means and with a 5 star hotel expectations, It is not idea for you. However, We encourage you to experience something different from hotels. Comparably , you will enjoy in a much bi....iigger place here in VillaSerenity !

As Convid-19 still ramping, we minimize our interactions for your safety. However, we still have Alvin or Cika to assist your check in in person and leave when you settle in without questions. Therefore, please take a tour around the place and inform Alvin should any concern arise.
*Online community service 8am-9pm during your stay , therefore you may not able to reach me after 9pm . *maintenance service if needed such as lights or aircon …etc from 8pm-6pm , after 6pm no service providers could be found . Therefore, should you find any items out of function, let us know as early as possible.
If there is nothing goes wrong, we will leave to place to you and respect your privacy.
There is no room clean service during your stay unless your stay is longer than 3 days , in such case we will arrange room service every 3 days .
If need stand by service to help you clean your plates , pots etc. and manage your cooking , please book with us at least one day earlier. @35rm per hour subject to availability.
