Katja the new proprietor, is the spirit that holds this vision, her endless energy combines this and more, as a Yoga teacher, with her love for her children, as well as a healthy lifestyle. Influenced by ballet, gymnastics and art, whilst growing up in Germany she was not satisfied with her management accountant work in Germany, London and Sydney. She finally found her passion in yoga, mouth-watering and flavour packed vegetarian food, and a healthy lifestyle with her two young girls. Katja loves cooking and baking healthy irresistible dishes for her guests, inspired by books from award winning restaurants from all over the world.
