This is a beautiful home - it has been fully renovated to reflect its original Queenslander character.

The two bed self contained apartment (downstairs) has been fitted with a new kitchen; laundry; 2 x bathrooms (one en-suite) and a beautiful relaxing lounge with a warm welcoming fireplace for those chilly winter nights, luckily we don’t have many in QLD.

The outdoor french stone patio area invites you to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings - you will have access to an outdoor seating / eating areas. Simply stunning! You will also have exclusive access to the 8m x 4m pool (heated in winter) enjoy the jacuzzi bubbles too!

We have many beaches on our door step which you can access within 5 mins by car; or you can cycle (bikes available to use) via a safe cycle route. Caloundra; Kings Beach; Moffat Beach; Shelly Beach are on our doorstep.

Shops, cafes and restaurants are near-by too. If you need to take the bus, then nearest bus stop is a 5-7min walk.

Sunshine Coast University Hospital is a 7-10 mins drive away.

The lights on the tree will light up in the evening, relax open a bottle and sit under the stars.....you can also snuggle under the outdoor blankets provided in the colder months.

We have a little toy moodle living here too, Lucy is so adorable...she will make you feel very welcome!

Note: the owners (2 adults) & 1 x pet (small quiet dog) lives at this accommodation (upstairs) but please don’t let this put you off as your accommodation is very private. We don’t always get to meet our guests as the accommodation is separate and we ensure our guests privacy is paramount.

Guests have completely separate entrances and living / dining / sleeping areas. The apartment is fully self-contained.
