Our self-contained boutique apartment in bayside Melbourne is ideal for couples or singles looking for a short or long term stay near the beach.
Just 1 block from the beach foreshore, a short walk to the Sandy yacht club, or an easy stroll to the quaint Sandy village of shops, cafés and restaurants.
Also nearby is Hampton beach as well as its famous shopping and restaurant strip.

With easy access from a quiet street, you'll enter your apartment door via the front garden path and come and go independently.
No stairs, this is a ground level single apartment, not part of an apartment building. Custom designed for guests only- so only ever your belongings around you. A private, cosy and modern space to call home for short stays, long stays or business trips. A small courtyard at rear.
Car parking is available on the quiet street outside the apartment.

Sandringham is a quiet seaside suburb situated on Port Phillip Bay, approximately 15 km from Melbourne CBD. The apartment is just a 5 minute stroll to the beach, great cafe's, restaurants, pubs and shops - at both Sandringham village and Hampton St.
Around the corner and across Beach Rd takes you to the coastal walking tracks above the beach, walking or cycling, north or south. Or just a stroll down Jetty Rd to Sandringham Yacht Club. Sandy station is at the start of the train line into the city of Melbourne- so you always get a seat!
