The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal. There is a small cottage hidden behind the historic barn where we live and care for the animals on the farm. Our guests' privacy is paramount and the farm is yours to wander and enjoy (including the pool and tennis court) as you wish! We try to make sure everything you need is available, including organic linens and a fully-stocked kitchen.

Many guests have used the farm as a remote workplace. There are two fast WiFi networks, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, for your use. There is also an HP OfficeJet printer onsite, with fax and wireless printing capability. You can work during the day and relax on the farm in the evening.
Note that there is also a 10% weekly discount and a 35% monthly discount.

Covid-19: We are adhering to the enhanced cleaning protocol recommended by Airbnb, which includes cleaning all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, counter tops and of course all elements of the bathrooms and kitchens) with disinfectant. We also block off dates prior to and after all reservations, to ensure that there are at least 48 hours between visits. This time period is twice as long as the CDC recommendation of 24 hours. All linens and towels are washed with bleach. The health and safety of our guests throughout this difficult time is paramount.
