My place is close to restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling, Titans stadium, TAFE college & Robina Town Centre all within walking distance. Located in a gated complex with onsite parking. Beach, Pacific Fair & Casino are 10-15 min drive. Theme parks 25 min. Train & bus station is 3 min walk. You’ll love my place because of home style comforts, central location & resort facilities. Less than 5 mins drive to M1 - Exit 82. Minimum one month stay. Avail March to September 2023.

Three bedroom townhouse in a secure gated complex with shared pool and hot tub. There is a carport for your private use if you have a vehicle.

On the lower level is the sitting room, a light quiet space with comfy sofa perfect for reading. This open room also has a work station. Well stocked kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. Guests are welcome to use any items in the pantry. Laundry with washing machine and dryer and powder room. The living room has twin electric recliners and a comfy two seater sofa and a TV. Eating area with seating for six people. There is an alfresco area with outdoor covered seating for six.

There are board games and books if you fancy some rest and relaxation whilst staying at my place.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with firm though comfortable queen beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony with views across to Robina Town Centre and the lake which is just 150m walk from the property. Main bathroom and separate toilet are located on the upper level.

There are ceiling fans in every room. All rooms except the third bedroom have air conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept bookings for groups of more than six people except in exceptional circumstances. If you have children they must be included in the booking if staying and contact me prior to booking please. If you wish to book for more than six people THEN YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST.

Robina is a residential and commercial suburb located in the central Gold Coast. There are many lakes and green leafy areas and parks nearby. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, a shopping mall, public transport (train station and buses) within easy walking distance. TAFE college, hospital, library and community centre are also a short walk away. The CBUS stadium, home to Titans football and other sporting events is less than 5 minutes walk away. Several excellent golf courses are located within Robina.
If you like to take a morning walk there is a lovely lake with plenty of birdlife just 150m away.
If you arrive by car the motorway is a 3 minute drive.
Plenty of beautiful beaches a short drive away.

I enjoy travelling to new places and meeting people. I have a long history of hosting guests in my home. I enjoy cooking and eating good food, anything cultural, walking on the beach and reading a good book.
