Fabulous, 1 bedroom apartment in Historic Missoula neighborhood. Within walking distance to Downtown, River trails, Restaurants, Bakeries, Brewery, and Grocery store. Lovely garden views and privacy, this Apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Completely furnished 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed, well equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, cable TV, wireless internet, and washer/dryer located in historic Missoula neighborhood.

This lovely apartment is attached to a beautifully restored historic 1892 Victorian Home, but has it's own entrances and outside patio area for guest's use. Tastefully and comfortably furnished with queen size bed, mexican tiled kitchen, hardwood floors with colorful wool rugs, breakfast bar, and everything necessary to make this your home away from home. Warm and inviting, it is the perfect place to plan and launch your Missoula adventures, and a great spot to come home to at day's end.

Everything you need is in the apartment. It is very private. The only area in the yards that are off limits is the owner's yard (separated by a wooden gate). We have a couple of protective Chihuahuas, so we keep them in a yard away from guests. The rest of the spacious and beautiful grounds and gardens can be enjoyed Chihuahua free! Guests have their own patio with table and chairs to enjoy their morning coffee, glass of wine, or their own cooked meals. There is a great grocery store one block away, so you can cook in if you like. The kitchen is complete with cookware and dishes, a true vacation condo!

We love visiting with guests, but how much is up to them. The apartment is completely self contained, so if they want total privacy, that is OK. We are usually around working in the gardens, so can offer entertainment or dining suggestions, if desired.

There is public transportation (bus lines) 1/2 block away. Grocery store 1 block away. 3 bakeries and 8 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. River trail is straight down Chestnut St. at the river (5 blocks). Walking distance to downtown, University, bakeries, Big Dipper Ice Cream, and more restaurants, stores and Art Galleries. Snow Bowl ski area is a 25 minute drive. 4 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Brennan's Wave for kayaking practice just a few blocks away at the river.

Bus lines are 1/2 block in either direction. Bike trails at the river, and an easy cross town bike path just a few blocks away. Lots of on street parking right in front of the apartment.

There is a 2 night minimum for this apartment. No smoking, and no pets. We have pets on the premises, but they are not allowed in the apartment.

Adults only, please. Unit is not set up to accommodate babies, toddlers, or young children.

I love animals, and have a tiny dog, Sophie, and an African Gray Parrot, Thabani, that I hatched from an egg and hand fed as a baby. He's now 34 years old and quite a personality.
