My place is very unique and in a 100 year old converted hospital. It is close to the beaches in Pounawea, Kaka Point and the Nugget Point Lighthouse.
Located in the town of Owaka, we have a small supermarket, local pub and a couple of cafes.
We have a guest kitchen and dining room as well as a BBQ gazebo.
Great place for peace and quiet but also great for groups or those travelling with pets.
Free wifi, lots of parking and a great games room with pool table and darts.

This is for a double room with a private bathroom and flat screen television. The room includes a comfy bed topper and all linen.
Free WIFI available in the public areas.
Tea/coffee available in the tea and coffee nook in the Surat Wing.
Huge communal facilities in the main building including a guest kitchen,

You will be able to use the kitchen and dining room. We have a TV room, loads of DVDs, two sunrooms to hang out in, lots of outdoor space and free WIFI.

The local supermarket is open from 7.30am until 7pm daily.
The local pub and cafes tend to close quite early in the evening, so if you want a later dinner, let us know.

The town of Owaka is slowly growing.
We have a local pub, Lumberjack Cafe, Catlins Cafe and a new pizza operation. There is a small pharmacy and this summer some new shops have opened - a Man Cave, Artists Gallery and another quirky gift shop.
There is a very good information centre and little museum just a 150 metres from us.
Cathedral Caves is a must to visit while in the area. It is 45 minutes drive from us and can be visited 1 hour either side of low tide. Check with us on arrival for the current tide timetable.
