The flat is situated directly on the seafront, and is only yards away from the beach. The flat is on the ground floor and gives easy access with two small steps from the pavement. The front door and common parts have motion sensor lighting to assist while you enter the property. Worthing pier and the town centre is a couple of minutes walk (400m). Go and see Russell at the pier cafe for a freshly brewed coffee and an ice cream! Worthing mainline station is approximately 1km away. The fabulous Worthing Splashpoint leisure centre is also just 1km away along the promenade. The flat has a lovely big sunny South facing living room measuring 21 feet long by 15 feet wide, and has a newly fitted corner kitchen area. The kitchen has a slick black ceramic hob, a Bosch fan oven grill, and a Leibherr fridge-freezer - all new in 2020, a washing machine and microwave. The flat has been recently refurbished, and has a bay window four seater dining table area, a large double sofabed, two coffee tables, a new 43 inch LED flat screen SmartTV with Netflix and YouTube, and fibre optic 80mbps WiFi when hard wired. The flat benefits from gas central heating and double-glazing throughout. The flat has lovely high ceilings and large windows to let all that lovely seafront sunshine pour in! The rectangular 11 x 9 foot double bedroom comes with a pocket sprung luxury £900 king-size double bed with two bedside storage drawers, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. We've put a superking-size duvet on the bed, and four pillows. Pure cotton bedding completes the opulent finish. The separate WC bathroom with shower finishes the private accommodation. There is access to the communal front and rear garden areas. The beautiful South Downs park is accessible only 3 km out of town. Superbly located for access to all the main attractions of the town. Bicycle hire is now available on the promenade via the Donkey Republic app. There's an M&S food hall a couple of hundred metres along the seafront heading into town, and there's a Co-Op at the top of the road 2 mins away. Montague Street and Rowlands road which are one block behind the flat, are the hub of the town. There's a superb selection of shops, coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways, and pubs

The flat is perfectly located for very easy direct access to the beach and the promenade opposite, the new Worthing Wheel, Worthing Pier, the town centre shops, and all the major attractions of wonderful Worthing! Update for April 2021 - there is a small scaffolding tower in the front patio at the moment. It's a single storey unit and it is in front of one of the windows partially obscuring the view. We have adjusted the price downwards to reflect this. The tower will hopefully be removed in May.

The nearest supermarket is the Co-Op - just walk 100 metres up the side street to the first junction at Rowlands road. You will find all the usual retailers and independent shops as you walk into town. There's also a Marks and Spencer food hall a few hundred metres along the prom towards the pier.

If you're looking for somewhere to eat, then you're in the perfect spot! Try Om restaurant for a brilliant Nepalese/Indian experience. Pizzaface, Montague's Tex Mex, Mahaan curry house, and the Rose and Crown pub are all two minutes walk from the flat. The Crabshack is on the beach promenade the other side of the pier, and The Burlington on the seafront is a nice place for a sundowner.


Worthing market is held every Wednesday along Rowlands road into the town centre. Splashpoint swimming pool and leisure centre is on the beach about a mile to the East past the Pier. Try Russel's cabin on the end of the peir for coffees, ice creams and hot dogs!

If you fancy a stroll in the South Downs National Park, then you can head to Lancing Ring, or Findon for Chanctonbury and Cisbury Rings, and the South Downs Way. Arundel, Goodwood, Chichester are close to hand to the West - and Shoreham by Sea and Brighton are to the East. There are a large number of National Trust houses to visit in Sussex.

Hi and thanks for looking at our two fabulous pads on the beach - and a third coming for late summer 2021 in Eastbourne. I'm from the UK and my wife Sansan is from China - we met whilst trekking in the Annapurna Himalayas in 2012 - and we were married two years later. We have been travelling together 8 months a year ever since then. We've visited India(7 times), Nepal(7x), Thailand(4x), Cambodia, Vietnam, The Philippines, Bali, Lombok, The Gili Islands, Sulawesi, China(5x), Hong Kong, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Taiwan and the UK(5x) so far! We've done lots of high altitude trekking making it to Everest base camp twice, and completed a few 5500M passes in the Himalayas - including one for our honeymoon which went very wrong and ended up with getting lost and spending 14 hours on a ledge at 5200m in a temperature of -20 with no tent! We love experiencing the different cultures, traditions and especially the cuisines of far flung places - and we plan to travel until we drop! We genuinely love the flats, and their locations are unbeatable. We get lots of envious looks from passers-by as we tuck into our fry up or noodle soup on a Sunday morning, or light up the BBQ in the evenings! It's just so easy to spend a few hours at the dining table and just watch the sea and weather change, and do some people watching too. We also own an 8 metre Hymer motorhome with a Honda C90 cub moped which we have explored the UK in lately. The Continent is next on our list. Our motto - travel while you're fit and able, and try and help out where you can. Don't be a slave to your career and your pension plan!
