Beautiful fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home for rent on Lake Gaston. Open floor plan on the recently-renovated main level includes living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice-maker. Two bedrooms, both with queen size beds and bath with Jacuzzi tub complete the first floor. The spacious lower level has a large open living room with a large bathroom and third queen bedroom.

French doors open to the spacious deck with gas grill, and a beautiful view of the lush green trees that shade the lower yard along with a view of the lake and evening sunsets. The downstairs recreation room has air hockey, foosball, bar area and movie pit with 60 inch TV. Movies, video games and books for adults and teens and age appropriate movies and books for small children are available for rainy days. French doors open to a patio area outside the lower level rec room with comfortable Adirondack chairs for enjoying the lake view from the patio.
House is Non-Smoking and pets are not allowed. Renters use boat lift and boat house at their own risk. There are no refunds for inclement weather, however, re-booking and special accommodations can be made for unusual conditions such as severe storms or hurricanes.
