holiday home is on the first floor of an independent villa and it`s
equipped with air conditioning, satellite dish and washing machine. It accommodates up to 5 guests and it`s pet friendly: pets are allowed.

It`s in a seafront independent villa and it`s reachable with stairs. The

Attico del Blu consists of a large kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower and
washing machine. The air conditioning is in the living room and in the
bedrooms. Attico del Blu is also equipped with accessories such as
hair-dryer, iron and ironing board.

Attico del Blu is in a high-profile position, by the sea in Leuca,
the monumental cascade, the lighthouse and the Sanctuary Santa Maria de
Finibus Terrae. Everything is at your fingertips: the seafront
promenade, restaurants, shops. The beautiful beaches of Pescoluse are
10 kilometers away, while other seaside locations are even closer, such
as: San Gregorio, Felloniche, Torre Vado. The little fjord of Ciolo and its bridge is very suggestive.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

Santa
Maria di Leuca is a charming and elegant sea-village placed at the
foot of a fertile promontory at the extreme tip of the heel of Italy.
Its original name (Leukos) was probably given by Greek sailors,
attracted by the beauty of the place and the white ccolour of its
cliffs.
Because
of the peculiar sea-front position, the village was exposed to
assaults and occupations by invaders and for this reason the
Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Leuca was protected by enclosing it with
imposing walls which gave the faade
an uncommon style.

The
Sanctuary and its square dominate the village and its harbour and
there is no better place to watch the sunset, in a stunning scenery
where the wide horizon gives the impression that beyond there is only
infinity. It's probably for this reason that the Romans called Santa
Maria di Leuca De Finibus Terrae.
Very
close to the Sanctuary square there is an important element of the
unforgettable skyline of Santa Maria di Leuca: the white lighthouse,
overlooking the village and its sourroundings with a height of 47
meters.
In
Santa Maria di Leuca the charm of the landscape, the mistery of the
legend and the elegance of its villas and promenade are merged
together to create a fascinating and unique setting; the waters of
Santa Maria di Leuca are famous for their intense blue seabeds, the
bays of sand and the beautiful little caves along the rocky coast, a
paradise for scuba divers, sailors and kite-surfers.

In
a few minutes driving, on the Ionian coastline, it is possible to
relax on the wonderful sandy beaches of Pescoluse (with its famous
Maldive del Salento) and Lido Marini.
