The apartment and the whole property were completely renovated recently and furnished with new, modern and very functional furniture. The apartment is very comfortable with more amenities than you could possibly need. It occupies the whole first floor of a completely renovated alpine house and has a surface of 55 square meters + a balcony, a terrace and a large garden. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5+1 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a modern bathroom, a living area with a comfortable sofa, a large balcony with wonderful mountain views and a terrace with a large garden below the balcony.

We have always taken great pride in delivering the highest standards in cleanliness and hygiene and we are very proud of our PERFECT 5.0 cleanliness score on Airbnb. But cleanliness is even more critical during this time. We're now using the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) standards to clean and disinfect our property. These are the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our guests:
– We make the apartment unavailable for at least one day between guests and all the windows are open the whole day to let in the fresh air.
– All frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, door handles, cabinet handles, electric sockets, faucets, sinks and tables will be disinfected before you check in.
– Remote controls for TV and A/C will also be disinfected and placed in a sealed plastic bag ready for your use.
– All kitchen cloths provided will be brand new.
– All crockery, cutlery and cookware will be fully checked for cleanliness and re-washed if necessary.
– As standard, the bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected but particular attention will be taken to areas such as toilet seats.
– Vacuum cleaner bags will be changed after each clean.
– All keys will be sanitised before every arrival.
– All part-used toilet roll and kitchen roll will be removed after every holiday departure.
– Bed throws, spare blankets and decorative soft furnishings will be removed from the apartment.
– We'll not enter the apartment unless requested during your stay.
– The apartment has its own private entrance and guests are able to check in and check out without any person-to-person contact.

It occupies the first floor of of a recently completely renovated alpine house located in a truly peaceful and quiet area in the green Zavrsnica valley in the heart of the Gorenjska region of Slovenia, only 6 km from the famous Lake Bled and a 30 minute drive from the Ljubljana International Airport. It's the perfect place to stay while visiting the Lake Bled area of Slovenia or the Triglav National Park or Slovenian Alps! It's away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It's a great base to explore Slovenia as all the main natural sights in the region like Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge, Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj, Waterfall Savica, Waterfall Pericnik, Lake Jasna, Zelenci Nature Reserve are only 10 to 45 minutes drive away. The apartment is also close (a 5-minute drive) to the main A2 motorway that connects the Karawanken Tunnel (at the Austrian border) to Slovenia's capital Ljubljana.

Kitchen & dining area
The kitchen is modern and extremely well-equipped with a ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). Here you’ll find everything you need for your food preparation whether cooking a meal from scratch or heating something in the microwave. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table seating for 4+2.

Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and comes complete with a glass shower stall, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a vanity mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and shower towels are provided.
