The space is rustic and beachy, with the modern amenities of a private pool, comfy beds, Wifi and AC. The living, and dining areas are OPEN AIR. The kitchen can be closed up, or used as open air. High-powered fans offer air flow for the dining and lounge areas.

*Please be aware the house is located in the tropics and the wildlife and fauna do not respect boundaries. We do treat the house regularly for insects yet we are in the middle of a very thick coastal forest. .

The bedrooms can be closed up to utilize AC, or you can open up the doors with screens to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.

This house sleeps 15. Our pricing starts at a rate for 2 guests and increases as more are added to the reservation. This is so we can fairly host small and large groups. If the number of guests change after the booking is made, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

General cleaning is provided once during your stay for 4 or more nights. Starting the 2nd- day after your arrival. (For instance.. arrive on a Sunday lite cleaning begins Tuesday)

Cleaning provided only includes, tidying up common areas, making beds, taking out trash, and restocking toilet paper. If the spaces are left in an abused condition the maids will not proceed with this complimentary service.
Pool maintenance is provided Daily during your stay except on Sundays.
