Lovely bright spacious room with duel aspects views across fields & the village of Loxley (3 mins walk from our newly refurbished community pub). There is also a small kitchen area in the room and a private bathroom next to the room The bathroom has a bath, w/c, shower basin & vanity. Both rooms are in the main house but away from our private rooms although shared stairs & landing. Large garden with covered decking area available for guests to enjoy.

Loxley is a beautiful small village approx 6 miles from Stratford on Avon & 13 miles from the county town of Warwick. Lovely country pub/cafe which has recently been taken over by our community & offers home made food.
There is a bus service into Stratford on Avon (twice a day).
Lovely country walks from both ends of the village to enjoy

Hi I'm Jo. We have lived in this village for the last 28 years and love being part of a close knit community. We consider ourselves friendly, happy and relaxed and enjoy meeting new people and making them feel at home and very welcome.

Our aim is to make your stay relaxing, interesting and comfortable. We would always give our guests help and advise with information transport etc to all the lovely places in and around the area including lovely restaurants in near by Stratford on Avon, RSC theatre bookings, Shakespeare tours places to visit in the Cotswolds or walks locally or in the surrounding areas.
The house is situated on the end of a rural village - 1 min walk from our lovely village pub that serves fantastic food.

I travelled around New Zealand in my teens but, unfortunately, AirBnB were non existent in those days. I think its a great idea to give travellers the opportunity to stay in a comfortable home where they can have help & information with the next stage of their travel. I want to be part of that!!
