This apartment is Brand New and recently furnished inside the Luxurious Condo called Isla 33.

The location is very convenient, close to everything on the island. You have a Sea Front view, 10-minute drive from the most beautiful Beaches, most famous Beach Clubs, the best Restaurants and plenty of Marinas. The Supermarket is less than a 5 minutes’ drive. The Ferry station is only 10 minutes away, where you could rent a golf cart to get around the island or catch a taxi which is very cheap.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rth level) so the view is simply astonishing. It is fully equipped, smart TV (Sat cable), Wi-Fi connection, purified water, etc. A/C...

The suite has a full bathroom and it can be set as 2 Individual beds or put together to make a King size bed.

It has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker machine, toaster, working desk with a chair and a balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the Ocean View.

There is a Safe in case you need them, sheets, towels, pool/sea towels you can borrow, toiletries, everything you need is already there just waiting for you.

There are 3 pools in the complex, 2 at ground level with ocean view and 1 spectacular infinity pool with outstanding ocean view at a sun terrace.

Downstairs you can find a friendly snacks bar where to meet more people and have a great moment. They have just opened a really good restaurant just downstairs called the Topaz with Mexican and International specialities for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Take away to the room is also an interesting option).

We have an underground parking for golf carts to give them some shade from the sun. My parking spot is just in front of the elevator, so it is very convenient if you’re carrying your belongings or some groceries.

There is a team of people to give full support on Maintenance if needed, plus I offer a daily Cleaning Service, so you can count on your beds being done and the place to be maintained clean as you spend your day at the beach or so.

The idea is to make you feel at Home, so you can relax and think about it as if it was your own piece of Paradise.
