The house is an old farmhouse from 1856 built from natural stone found in the nearby village. In additition to have given shelter to livestock, there was a winery in the space which now holds 2 luxury bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
It's a quiet spot only 10 minutes from the historical town of Saint Emilion.
The garden is an outdoor space surrounded by vines and, with a stunning view of the surroundings.
And of course there's private parking.

Bordeaux and Saint Emilion is the most famous winedistrict in the world with great wines and good restaurants in stunning surroundings. It is a nice area to go for a walk, or have a picnic among the vines. The house is situated between vines. It is a beautiful and quiet spot. You will find winemakers in walking distance from the property.
Saint Emilion is 10 min away by car. There's a good restaurant approx 3 km from my house.
