Newly renovated quiet studio a block and a half from the heart of Magazine Street with world class restaurants and great shopping. Walk a few more blocks to St. Charles Avenue to catch the streetcar and Mardi Gras parades. This bright studio has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, Apple TV, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave and WiFi.

Studio apartment created in the back of a 100 year old home in one of New Orleans' most desirable neighborhoods. All the best of New Orleans is within walking distance or a short car ride away - the city's best restaurants, music venues, shopping, bars and breweries. You will be a block and a half from magazine and 6 blocks from St. Charles Avenue Mardi Gras route and street car line, 4 blocks from the historic Garden District and two blocks to the Irish Channel. Additionally Fresh Market and Breauxmart for groceries are nearby as well as Spirit Wines, a CVS and Walgreens. Audubon Park/Zoo, Loyola, Tulane, and the French Quarter are within two miles. During Mardi Gras parade season (Feb 2nd-13th) you can hear the parades from the front porch and walk up to catch some beads. Within a few blocks you will find several, restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

Seeking a single/couple of nonsmoking guests who can appreciate a clean and comfortable space.

Some refreshments such as chips, bottled water and breakfast bars as well as Keurig coffee and tea pods are provided.

42" TV w/Apple TV, Free Netflix, Hulu, +1000's of other channels. No cable hook up.

Very comfortable queen bed with white microfiber sheets. Both firm and standard pillows so you can rest easy whichever you prefer. Extra blankets and pillows stored in under bed drawers.

Shower and toilet are separate from sink and vanity with storage making getting ready or sharing space much more convenient

Ice cold remote controlled AC and ceiling fan as well as remote heat.

3 night minimum preferred.

The neighborhood is one of the most walkable in the city. Everything you could need is within walking distance. Some of America's top restaurants are close by and all kinds of neighborhood gems are within walking distance as well. In addition to the usual businesses, there is an emergency room 4 blocks away and an urgent care less than a mile away.

I work regular business hours; however, live on property and am easily available to answer any questions, say hello or chat. Level of interaction once on property is totally up to each guest's preference.

I enjoy meeting guests, but don't want to interfere with their time spent. That being said, I am happy to direct, or advise where to go, whats happening in town, etc. If theres anything you need Just Ask.
