The apartment is absolutely central (in the heart of "the banana"), next to the shopping street of Cannes (rue d'Antibes) and 5 minutes walk from the Croisette and its beaches. It is located in a building very well maintained whose entrance is secure. The garden in front of the building ensures a view without opposite and a great calm.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and has a private parking in the basement; which is very important because parking spaces in Cannes are rare and expensive.
The American kitchen is fully equipped (traditional oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and many basic products.
The living room and bedroom are air-conditioned and benefit from large windows overlooking the terrace.
Guests can eat there, facing south and not overlooked, or rest on the 2 available loungers.
The room has a very comfortable bed (160cm), a TV and a large closet.
The living room is equipped with a television, a box, a DVD player and a large sofa bed (140 cm)
Wi-Fi is free
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The toilets are independent.
Ideal for short or long stays, professionnal or tourist
For the health problems which rightly worry travelers in this period of epidemic:
- I always personally deliver the keys by ensuring barrier gestures (physical distance and masks that I wear personally and with which the tenants must be provided)
-1 bottle of hydroalcoholic gel will be available in the apartment
- regarding the cleaning of the apartment which I personally wear with gloves (no one from outside enters the apartment), I will follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol (I will specify below which I will do in particular especially concerning fabrics which do not support the ideal temperature of 60 °):
- 1 Prepare the accommodation for cleaning and gather all the necessary equipment
-2 Clean each surface by removing dust and dirt
-3 Sanitize all frequently affected surfaces, machines and electronic devices
- 4 Check that the accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
-5 Finalize the preparation of the room for the next traveler and replenish your stock of supplies (use for disinfection of OXENA bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal bleach according to standards NF EN 1276, EN 13697, EN 1650, EN 13624, EN 13727, EN 16615, EN 14476,
-all the household linen which supports a high temperature washing (sheets, towels, tea towels) is obviously changed including the pillow protectors and the mattress protectors and washed at 60 °
- disinfection of all contact points: handles, switches, keys, garage beeps, remote control ...

- The air conditioning filters will be cleaned between each rental.
-I will not use the vacuum cleaner to avoid any aerosolization
-I will leave board games, tourist brochures and books about Cannes in the apartment (which I cannot disinfect, apart from the cover, it is impossible to disinfect 54 playing cards ...). You will choose to use them or not
Regarding the linen which is not washable at 60 ° including the curtains (especially the blackout), they will be washed but I preferred to choose to leave the apartment unoccupied for 24 hours between 2 rentals
- concerning the interior sofa and the armchair whose fabrics do not support cleaning at 60 °, I will cover them with washable sheets at high temperature and changed between each rental. It will not necessarily be aesthetic but at least reassuring
-I spent 24 hours preparing time between 2 rentals; the apartment will therefore be unoccupied, except by me for cleaning, for 48 hours between 2 rentals
-Regulations of the condominium to be respected by tenants out of respect for other residents (see last photo of the announcement). Tenants are requested to leave the apartment and in all common areas of the building:
-to wear a mask
-to disinfect the hands when entering and leaving in relation to all common surfaces (elevator button, switch, etc.). A bottle of hydroalcoholic gel is provided in the apartment
-use the lift only 2 people at a time
-to avoid letting children play in the common areas, especially the garden and the outdoors
-to avoid any contact with residents out of respect for physical distance

It is recommended to wash your hands (hydroalcoholic gel provided) when going out to protect the various supports of the common areas (switches, elevator call buttons ...) and when entering the apartment The condominium prohibits use of the elevator for more than 2 users at a time.
