Great top duplex with a large rooftop terrace and another terrace at the main floor. Situated in the beautiful and historical town Almunecar in costa tropical. This is a little coastal paradise, surrounded by the mountains and sea is about 50 minutes from Malaga airport. The duplex has a wonderful view over the beach and sea. The beach promenade is just a short 5 minutes walk down where you have a lot of restaurants, bars, shops.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and close to the living area and terrace so you can enjoy your food inside or outside. The rooftop terrace has a great outdoor area with a own lounge and BBQ area.

The master en-suite bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and bedroom 2 with twin beds.
There is a bathroom on each floor.
The main bathroom is equipped with wc, bidet, hand basin and a jet shower cubicle with a variety of settings.

The property is 2nd frontline and has an amazing view and private parking at the road. There are plenty parking spaces in front of the main entrance at main road in any season.

The Costa Tropical is renowned for its unique subtropical microclimate with very little rain due to the close proximity of the high Sierras and the North African coastline. You can easily drive to the famous ski resort of Sierra Nevada for a days skiing.

The nearby water park (open high season) is a short walk away and as are a variety of water sports including sailing, windsurfing, diving, etc. Other activities include paragliding, horse riding, hiking and various clubs and discotheques along the coast. There are two 18-hole golf courses within a half-an-hour drive and a further course 45 minutes away. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is within easy driving distance for a days skiing.

I have been living and travelling in different countries and continents and this is the place we chose for our family to benefit great weather, food and cultural experiences. I am a certified psychologist and i live in Norway together with my husband and daughter (infant age ).
We like to welcome you in one of our sea view penthouses in Almunecar Spain overlooking Velilla Beach. In the area around you will find something interesting for any age and stage of life.
The apartments are part of a private complex with other penthouses hosting international guests and has also a private pool ( June-October ) and a tennis court. Scandinavians likes privacy so this is a place to be on the mountain overlooking and hearing the sea waves from the terraces. The place has the luxury to be in a quiet residential area and some minutes’ walk from restaurants, shops, the beach and 20 minutes walk from the beautiful old town Almunecar.
