Is a detached house which is separated by two houses.
Paraller, is located in the beautiful village Liapades, in the lower part of the village!It's a country!
The House offers 2 Bedroom with 3 beds, a large closet, a bathroom, a kitchen space for your coffee only for lunch!
There is a Big Garden.
The Parking is suitable for all the Car, Motorbike, Boat.
The balcony is large and comfortable.
For warm-ups in the rooms there is tea and sugar for you,is something beautiful for all my customers.

The most important of all that our rooms have is a free swimming pool at a distance of about 5 minutes from the rooms. In this Studios there are 2 bedrooms and a big kitchen and 2 bathrooms. You will have private the bathroom and bedroom and common kitchen with others customers. In a few words,is a big apartment where for rent for to different pairs is good idea because there is big balcony with 2 table for each one individual!!
The Aparment is in the beautiful village Liapades, 20 km from the Corfu Town. The fact that it is farm from the city do not worry because I can to come in the airport for you with a little cost.
It is a beautiful home with a great environment.You will love our place.
The house is convinient for Simple Customers.
Of course have 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and Kitchen!
Balcony,Garden and Parking!
The evening is amazing on the balcony and the garden.

Our rooms do not provide air condition but is have Fresh air,because is inside the trees!
we also have a door at the entrance of the room and one on the backs which have curtains and of course can be kept open so that the air is in the room. It is remarkable that some rooms have front and rear doors and others have a front door and in the back window that is exactly the same thing.
The beaches is 5 minutes with car from the house (rovinia beach) and 20 minutes with walk.Also, the Palaiokastritsa is 4 km and there are and busses.
Also, you it is worth a boat trip from Liapades or Paleokastritsa in our beautiful beaches and caves to ask to go 'Paradise Beach'.
Our house is suitable for ordinary customers who want to enjoy their vacation, without luxury, we do not have luxury and for this reason we have good prices.

Τhe neighborhood is unique, have beautiful trees 🌲 in the perfect environment Filled Important & amazing Moments! All in all, is a traditional neighborhood in the Village Liapades, From the outside of the village!! Each Customers can use it different him time, making many Activities!
I Have a very good mood and of course I can to have the best instructions For you!
Very important is that, 5 Minutes for the Apartments is A large supermarket(Soula) & 2 Minutes From The Apartments is Pharmacy!
It is remarkable that, is a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by greenery and tranquility. your eyes will always look for the same nature!
Our neighborhood offers :
A supermarket 3 minutes walk from the house.
A pharmacy 2 minutes walk.
A Shop with paper&detergents 1 minute from the house.
10 minutes from the house there are 2 coffee and breakfast bakeries.
The Square Liapades (is about 1.2 km from the house) there are shops for coffe, mini market, snack food.
to the beach there are many restaurants for beautiful moments and pool bar.
Very good restaurant in Liapades is :
