The hot tub is the icing on the cake after a long walk.

There is a fantastic king size bed in the master bedroom, where you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside without even getting out of bed!
The woodburner is a great bonus on those cold winter nights when you can draw the curtains and snuggle up in front of a warm fire.
Alternatively a dip in our open air hot tub is sure to warm the cockles!
**Please note that whilst we'll do our best to ensure the hot tub is ready for the night of your arrival, it may not be up to temperature if we've had a group leave in the morning. We follow a stringent cleaning regime with our hot tub which is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every group departure. We maintain the highest possible cleaning standards in line with Covid-19 guidance.**
There are some lovely walks right on the doorstep which are much less frequented than the central Beacons' footpaths.

Livestock populate the surrounding countryside so please treat them with respect and care. Dogs are most welcome at Waun Yscir but they must be kept on a lead near livestock, particularly during lambing season. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave immediately if dogs are found to be harassing livestock.

Waun Yscir enjoys a truly fantastic location in completely unspoilt countryside. Brecon, Builth Wells and the Eppynt hills are a stone's throw from here. Please note that if it snows we can be completely inaccessible so please keep an eye on the weather during the winter. We have a tractor and a 4x4 just down the road so we can always help if needed.
