Gresham House is located just a stone's throw from Eastbourne's beachfront, with the pier, excellent pubs, restaurants and a variety of beach cafés amongst its nearby attractions.

The bathroom has a wonderfully-deep bath for an indulgent soak, plus a separate shower, and with underfloor heating throughout this apartment has a luxurious feel.

All bed linen and towels are provided, along with little extras such as toilet paper, handwash, cleaning supplies and enough tea, coffee and sugar for welcome drinks. WiFi provided and parking is on street (permits available for £2 per vehicle per day).

This is arguably the best location in town. Just moments from the beach and very central - yet on a fairly quiet, tranquil street. The train station is just a seven minute stroll away.

There are a multitude of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Eastbourne also has the Towner Art Gallery, various theatres and a cinema are within easy reach.

We are a husband and wife team, Carl and Sarah Stanger. We live locally and are available for you seven days a week - in person, on the phone of via email. Carl’s background is in marketing, much of it international, which helped feed his love of travel – nicely topping up two separate global backpacking years. Experiencing a diverse mix of swanky but often soulless business class hotels and friendly but basic hostels shapes an opinion of what travellers need and want (and, as importantly, don’t). Sarah enjoyed a career in public relations prior to roles as mother, director for Exclusively Holiday Homes and chief family organiser. A shift away from London has many advantages for a young family who love fresh air, the outdoor life and a beach at the end of the road!
