We count ourselves super lucky to have a home so close to the beach so we chose to share it with like minded people. The Loft is a purpose built annexe stylishly decorated with everything you need from a perfect holiday hide out.

If you’ve enjoyed a coastal walk, head back to the loft and cosy up on the sofa and light the log burner. On sunny days, grab yourself a drink and relax in the private enclosed garden which is a real sun trap!

There are plenty of books and games as well as freeview TV and Netflix to keep you occupied if the weather is bad. If you are planning on staying in, you will find everything you need to cook yourself a meal (except the food 😉)

You can surf, swim, fish at the nearby beaches.

The Mumbles is a short distance away where you will find restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

You’ll find 2 gorgeous beachside eateries on Langland Bay which is a 3 minute walk down the hill.

The university and hospital are a 10 minute drive away so if you’re visiting family or coming to Swansea for work, this is a good place to relax and unwind.

Going out on long walks with our daughter and pug Larry is generally how we like to spend our free time as well as trying to squeeze in some time surfing, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing and enjoying nice food!
