Spacious, cosy & secluded, it's the perfect place to relax away from the crowds yet 5' from Naxos Town. Its huge picture windows and large private terrace - with no one else nearby - offer mesmerizing vistas of the crystal blue Aegean Sea, Agios Prokopios Beach & Paros Island.

From the moment you enter the property with its lush Mediterranean garden and olive grove you will start to feel its magical effects. After climbing a few steps to this hideaway you will be rewarded with a million dollar vista and privacy. The panoramic view has been described by guests as comparable to being on a cruise liner’s bridge, located on the ship’s 20th floor. There is no better place in all of Naxos to take in the spectacular sea and sunset views, away from the crowds. The soothing sounds of the waves will lull you to sleep, and you’ll wake up to the melodies of the birds’ morning songs.

Although a favorite for couples because of the majestic view and absolute privacy, our very pretty and comfortable open-plan home is also ideal for solo travelers and families of up to three persons.

The indoor space is 26 m2 (280 ft²) and includes two built-in beds (double and single, both very comfy), a well-equipped kitchenette with drinkable water and ample closet space. Its spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower. The breathtaking view can be enjoyed from all areas of the home - including the beds!) through the 6.5m (21 ft.) wall of windows.

The large private terrace (35m2, 375 ft2) more than doubles the available space. The manually operated awnings allow you to fully control the terrace’s sun and wind exposure essentially converting it into a spacious living area, with wicker furniture, hammock and wooden lounge chairs and sun beds, making it the perfect place to spend your days and nights relaxing and taking in the mesmerizing view.

You may well feel like you have the best seats in the house attending a live performance with the Aegean Sea and the sky as the stage. Enjoy the breathtaking 180° view. On a clear day point out nine of the Cyclades islands. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine as you watch the fishing boats casting and later reeling in their nets. On a calm day keep an eye out for the family of playful dolphins that sometimes seek refuge in the bay below. Every sunset is unique, and the majestic view as the sun dips below the horizon could very well steal you away from any plans you might make to be elsewhere during the early evening. At night gaze at the stars in the sky and the twinkling lights of Paros across the way.

Vista Ariadne is located in a convenient yet quiet location in the posh neighborhood of Stelida Hill West in Naxos, facing Paros Island.
It’s a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beaches below and c800m from the acclaimed, spectacular beach of Agios Prokopios (viewed from the studio), considered by many to be the best beach in Naxos and one of the best in all of Greece and Europe
Vista Ariadne is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of Naxos which however can quickly and easily be accessible as the distance to the following sites:
•The Village of Agios Prokopios, with its array of shops, grocery store, tavernas, cafes, bars, etc., is approximately 1 ½ km away.
•Naxos Airport: 2.5 km.
•Naxos Town and Port: 5km. The main town with its maze of narrow streets and tiny passages bustles with life with its shops, restaurants, museums, galleries and entertainment. The emblematic Portara (on Palatia islet) is the imposing “Door” to the unfinished Temple of Apollo (530 BC by Naxos' tyrant Ligdamis). This is the most popular tourist spot for sunset photos offering a comparable view to the studio's.
•The fishing village and fish restaurants of Agia Anna and the sandy beaches of Plaka are a short drive or 30 minute walk away.

Naxos as the place where Zeus was raised, and
Delphi as the center ("Navel") of the world, with its namesake ancient sanctuary of the Greek God Apollo and seat of the Pythia (The Oracle).
