120 feet of private beach is yours to enjoy! You will see the ocean right away as you turn into the gates with the beach, Gardens and palms. This Beach House is equipped with everything you will need while staying with us here 3 bedrooms, 2 private, 1 semi private (see pictures Please ) All have air conditioning. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably with 2 King beds, 1 queen. and extra twin bed.. Open concept floor plan for air movement and light. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining set sits 6, Beautiful Barbecue to grill your catch of the day. Living room with TV and internet access. Family Friendly with water toys for all. Sea Kayaks, Boogie Boards, Paddle boards, some snorkelling equipment what's ours we share with you.
2 Large bathrooms both with large showers and seats in each shower.
Fully equipped kitchen which we love! cook while feasting your eyes on the sands and palm trees.
Need to work? The master Suite is set up with space for your computer so work while listening to the sound of the ocean & sea breezes with good internet service. See a blocked date you'd like? Please ask we just have to make sure the cleaning team is available.

With shallow water, calm wave action and a close reef, the beachfront is enhanced by an opening in the reef which creates a bowl of sand that’s perfect for swimming. The bay itself seems to “scoop” the pleasant sea breeze nearly every day of the year.
Go for your morning swim in the WARM ocean waters and come back to take an outdoor shower! then sit and have a cup of coffee while you relax to the sounds of nature all around you while swinging in one our hammocks. Birds singing in the palms, waves lapping the beach.

Do you love Snorkeling? You can snorkel right out in front of our house! Great for adults and kids alike and shallow enough to stand in the sand and just watch the fish to! Looking for MORE, 250 feet in FRONT of the house is the the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef helps protect the coastline from possible turbulent seas. The coral reef, often known as the Mayan Barrier Reef, is the second largest barrier reef in the world – second only to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia – 600 miles from the Yucatan Peninsula to Honduras. A diver’s and snorkeler’s paradise, We have world class Fishing & diving in the area we are located.
Our Honey Hole for a free diver will amaze and astound you. You can spear fish anywhere out there (bring your gear)
We have a fresh water lagoon that you can do more world class fishing from.

Air conditioning is available upon request but for most of the year we do not need it. The constant sea breezes are amazing allowing no need for air conditioning most of the time. during sargazzo season we are lucky in that if we have some come ashore there is always clear water to right of us for swimming, kayaking ect..

Evening's at Castaway Palms are amazingly BEAUTIFUL go up on the roof top and star gaze, lounge back with cool drink in your hand enjoy the sheer beauty of the evenings in the tropics! Have a campfire on the beach!

Spend some time in Mahahual! a wonderful small town with great restaurants and fun vibe! You will love having a tropical drink all while having a meal on the beach. Or never move from your chair here.
Plenty of things to do for day trips. Pets welcome there is a pet Fee.

The beachfront neighborhood consists of one other rental homes and some Mexicans that live and fish on the beach. These are families and can be trusted. They are caretakers of properties along the beach. To the south about 500 meters is a famous spot for fly fishermen who love to cast into the waves for permit, bone fish, trigger fish and Jacks. If you LOVE to fish you have come to the RIGHT place!

The house has an on-site caretaker and wife who are there some of the time. the caretaker will not want to interrupt your privacy, but will be there if you have a maintenance issue, Once you book you will be given full access to the Beach house with information 2 weeks prior to arrival Full contact information will be shared so that you feel comfortable asking for help in the event something is needed.
