Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed.

This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Our home is family friendly, with some toys available with a pack-N-play for toddlers and infants available on request. Bedroom sleeps 2 on the Queen size bed, and 2 more can sleep in the living room on the Queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, no commercial or large scale food preparation allowed (catering, event presentation), as we do not have a commercial hood ventilation system, and food smells can overwhelm the space. Violation of this rule, will result in a request to leave the premises with no refund.

There are no parties of any kind allowed in the space. If a party is held, or more guests are in the space than were booked, then you will be required to immediately leave with no refund for your stay as a violation of our house rules. This is non-negotiable.

This is a strict non smoking home, smoking of any kind (vaping and marijuana included) will result in a request to leave the property with no refund, and will also incur a $500.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee, non negotiable.

As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. Therefore, you can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to kill any flu or viruses that could be potentially transmitted.
