草津温泉に程近い、標高1,000mの所にある静かな別荘地内に当ロッジが在ります。
ノスタルジックな面影を残した別荘ですが、アクティブに行動したい方や湯治目的の方にも拠点となり、癒しの場となるでしょう。
草津温泉まで車で10分余で、近隣には万座・四万などの有名温泉があり、１年を通して名湯を楽しめます。また山好きには地元の草津白根山近くの浅間山・四阿山の百名山があり、他にも燐県を跨いで多くの山々のトレッキングを楽しめます。軽井沢まで約１時間、途中間近に見る浅間山は絶景です。
★ ご予約は実質一棟貸しとなるため、お一人通常大人3名様から【但し、金、土・日・祭日、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆、クリスマスからの年末年始の期間中は通常大人４名様からになります。】のご予約となります。

★ ご家族でご予約の場合は12才以下は大人の半額、2歳以下は雑費として別途1500円となります。
該当のお子様ご同伴の場合は、大人（中学生以上）の人数分でご予約いただき、別途12才以下・2歳以下分を精算させていただきます。

★なお、ご到着19時以降の場合は15時までに事前のお電話必ずお願いします。

和室は畳なので、ベッドではなく布団を敷いて寝ます。
キッチンには、電気釜・湯沸しポット・電子レンジ・トースター・冷蔵庫・土鍋・すき焼き鍋・ホットプレートなどがあり、ほぼ日常生活と変わりなく7人までが過ごせます。

草津温泉は、日本を代表する名湯で、いにしえより多くの人々を魅了してきました。
湯畑を中心に歩ける範囲で「草津温泉」を満喫できます。
浴場は御座之湯・西の河原露天風呂・大滝の湯の他に、無料の共同湯が10ヶ所以上あります。
（但し、地元の方優先なので、時間帯やマナーなど事前にチェックしておきましょう。）
町の入り口には道の駅『草津運動茶屋公園』があり、来客をお出迎えします。また、町の西側にある『草津国際スキー場』手前に、車中泊の出来る大型駐車場もあります。

草津温泉に向かうどの道路にも途中に温泉が多数あります。（例えば万座温泉や尻焼温泉、国道17号から草津へ向かう途中に、伊香保温泉・四万温泉・沢渡温泉・小野上温泉・川原湯温泉・・）
草津へ向かう吾妻渓谷は春は桜、秋は紅葉が楽しめ、さらに八ッ場ダムが完成し新名所となっております。

Welcome to the Robson Kusatsu Lodge and come enjoy everything that the Resort Village of Kusatsu hasto offer. Kusatsu is considered as 1 of 3 top destination to experience "Onsen", the ever famous Japanese Style Hot Springs, which you can enjoy all throughout the year. Due to its geographical location and its surrounding environment, Kusatsu's summer Is comparatively more pleasant than Tokyo or Osaka. KUSATSU also offers a great ski resort and countless trails for hiking that is widely popular amongst locals and international travelers. So whether you are a Onsen lover, a winter sports enthusiast, or an avid mountaineer, we'd love to invite you at our lodge for your stay.

Robson Kusatsu is run by YOKOU,
He is a nature-lover and a long time hiker . He enjoyed hiking over the Rocky Mountain and has climbed almost all mountain peaks surrounding the greater Vancouver area. He continues to hike in Japans and now runs the lodge to share his passion for the town of Kusatsu and all things Hiking.

Please bear in mind that Kusatsu is approximately 3 hours away from the Tokyo area. You will need to rent a car to get to this area and because the lodge is about 10 minutes drive away from the city uphill, it is not recommended for guests looking to travel exclusively on foot or public transport.
