SURFERS! You'll love this beautiful beach house, in front row at Elands Bay right and only a 2-minutes walk to the point! Watch the surf from the large balcony or garden, chill at the wind-shielded patio outside and enjoy a hot outdoor shower after your session. Our place is perfect for groups or 2 or 3 families. Two large fire places, airconditioning, braai facilities, views for days and even wifi - this is the place where memories are made, that is a promise.

THE HOUSE & GARDEN
Our beach house is located in front row to the beach at Elands Bay South, only a few steps away from the Elands Bay right break. A little path leads down the beach from the beautiful, enclosed garden with the spacious patio. The lounge area, the long dining table and the large built-in braai / fire place are the recipe for your perfect days and evening in Elands', that's for sure.
Windy or chilly? Just close the American shutters and you can sit outside the whole night.

THE BEDROOMS:

We have space for 13 people in this house.

1. Main bedroom upstairs, ensuite / 2 people
The main bedroom with double bed opens up into the large balcony. Step out first thing in the morning to have a look at the waves! The spacious ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

2. Second bedroom upstairs, ensuite, 2 people
This bedroom has 2 single beds that you can easily push together for a king size bed. You have access to the balcony from this room, too. What a view to wake up to!
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well.

3. Third bedroom, downstairs, private bathroom, 2 people
This bedroom has 2 single beds as wel that you can push together for a king size bed. The separate bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

4. "The boys' room", ensuite, 7 people
The boys' room has a separate entrance, a large bedroom with 7 single beds, a separate bathroom, and its own lounge area. We call it "the boys' room" because you can have your kids stay there on their own without any worry. It will be like they have their own little holiday house - in your sight of course ;-)

THE KITCHEN & LOUNGE AREA:

The open-plan kitchen opens into the dining area and into the lounge with the comfy big chairs and sofas. A big fire place will keep you warm on those chilly winter days.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you can ever need - from washing machine to dishwasher, toaster and sandwich maker, smoothie maker and blender.

I am a born German, but a Capetonian at heart. I moved here some years ago for work and fell in love with the city immediately - with its people, its lifestyle, the waves, the mountains and the sun. I'm a postdoctoral researcher in art and design with the University of Johannesburg, so I'm travelling a lot. When I'm in Cape Town, I try to catch waves as often as possible, love to explore the street food markets and coffee places, and try to enhance my knowledge about South African red wine ;-) I enjoy hosting people from all over the world at our place and make everyone fall in love with this magical place!
