Stay in a house with a private beach access! This is a lovely, breezy two-bedroom bungalow where couples or solo travellers can enjoy private moments in a quiet nook of a 5 kilometre stretch of beige sandy beach. The house has an adjacent cottage perfect for gatherings, bbqs or simply lazing about. You can enjoy an afternoon nap with a relaxing view of the sea and catch the warm sea breeze on a balmy afternoon.

Guests who book the Couple's Room will have exclusive use of the house.

The house has two bedrooms with air-conditioners– the Couple's Room has a full-sized bed for couples or solo travellers. The second Family Room has two queen-sized beds that can comfortably accomodate a family of four (a floor mattress can be added to accomodate up to 6 guests). There is an ensuite bathroom and also another separate and private modern toilet, shower room and outside shower areas adjacent to the house. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooking range, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, cookware, flatware and tableware.

Parking for up to 5 cars is available within the premises (free).

The house is located about 5 kilometers from the town proper of Gubat. The town itself is about 570 kilometers from Metro Manila and can be reached by plane through Legazpi City, by car, van or bus. There are several bus lines that travel from Manila to Sorsogon. Local transport from Legazpi City can be done by bus or van to Sorsogon; from Sorsogon to Gubat town proper by jeepney and to Rizal beach by tricycles from Gubat town proper.

The beachfront bungalow is one of only a few houses along the 5-kilometer beach that has a private access to the beach and is located in a quiet and private area.
