7-11 are downstairs at the corner, opened 24 hours, serving your need for supply any time any day. Laundry shops, coffee shops such Starbucks, The Coffee Club and Au Bon Pain, sports and pool bars and few Western restaurants, pizza joint, burger joint and Thai street food are right across. There are also plenty of good massage shops not too far from your perimeter.

Exit the condo and you are already at Sukhumvit Soi 11 where all the good restaurants and munchies are, “Sukhumvit 11 Thai Street Food” is a good choice for Thai food, others like “Hemingway's”, “Oscar Bistro”, “Soho Pizza” and “Tony's Sukhumvit 11” are good munchies places as well. You can also walk 4 mins to reach Sukhumvit Soi 5 where you will find Middle Eastern and Indian food, “Foodland” is always a good choice to stop by for some Grocery and a quick brunch before starting your day. If you go further to Soi 13, you can find a lot of sports bars, such as "Old German Beer House", or just a little more further to Asok, you will reach the mall “Terminal 21” and you can get up to the 5th floor for a huge Thai food court.

When talking about partying, NANA are the place to be! You can totally stay here if too lazy to move around, and get your night started with some drink at the bars nearby such as “Wine Connection”, “Old German Beer House”, “Havana Social” and roof top bar like “Above Eleven” or “Spectrum”. Then we suggest you to discover Soi 11 at midnight, starting with clubs like “Levels” and “Sugar”. If the night is still young to you, “Insanity” club is just at the top of Sukhumvit Soi 11, and finally, the newly opened "BOBO Club" right under Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.

《Where to Shop?》
If you live around the area of NANA or ASOKE, there’s no question that the nearest and best shopping mall is “Terminal 21”. For Groceries and food market, there are few options such as “Foodland”, “Villa Market” “Tops Market” and “Gourmet Market”, all of them can be reached by just walking. But do NOT settle down by just walking, since by BTS, all the famous malls such as “Central Embassy”, “Central World”, “EMQuartier” and “Siam Paragon” are just a few stops away!
