Our rustic loft is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts and hunters. We also love having guests that are enjoying our beautiful Greenwater Lake Provincial Park, walking distance from our acreage. There are many other lakes nearby, like Marean, Barrier, Round, Martins or Steiestol Lakes. Porcupine Plain and area is well known in the province for its hunting, fishing, and many miles of groomed snowmobile trails. It’s a paradise that we love and are more than happy to share it with you!!

•We’re very close to many groomed snowmobiling, ATV and cross country ski trails. All trails can be accessed within 1/2 km from our property.
•There are beautiful hiking trails within the park
•There is a great tobogganing hill near the Greenhills Golf Course.
•There is great fishing at Greenwater and surrounding lakes...pike, perch & Walleye. You can also find trout nearby.
•You can rent fishing boats, paddle boats and a pontoon at the marina within the park.
•Hunters boast of their elk, deer, moose, geese & bear within the park and large surrounding area.
•There is a restaurant and store within the park during summer months. And Fisherman’s Cove restaurant and convenience store is usually open year round and only 1/2 Km away.
•if you are planning an event you can rent the Greenwater Hall within the park.
•Greenhills golf course is a scenic 18 hole grass green course within 10 min drive from our property.
•Porcupine Plain is the nearest town 26 km away that has most services including 24 hr hospital services. Kelvington is also nearby, hosting similar services and 24hr hospital as well

•Walk-in cooler for hunters at an additional charge of $20/day
•Kayak rentals for $20/2 hr each (must be able to transport kayaks in your own vehicle)
•a patio and barbecue are available for guests use
•There is a fire pit near the loft for your use with plenty of free firewood at your request.
•Talk to us about renting our ice shack for the day. Our shack has a wood stove and will comfortably fit 4 adults or family. If it’s your first time we can arrange to assist you to get started.

Hunters and fisherman will have to obtain the proper permits necessary before enjoying their hunt. Our snowmobile trails require permits available at our local SGI insurance agency.

We are part of a beautiful, quiet subdivision close to a Provincial park. It’s a beautiful space to get away and relax or if your a nature or sports enthusiast, you can take advantage of the many services that are available very close by.

We’ve loved the process of starting with a bare bones lot and have developed most of our 10 acreas to suit our needs, including a beautiful log home that we are very proud of. We love our quiet acreage that is away from the hustle of the busy provincial park but close enough we can hear the loons on the lake call in the evening.
