You can be on Highway 192 with its excellent choice of restaurants in just a few minutes and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast Beaches are both just an hour’s drive away.

This gated resort has everything you need to have the vacation of your dreams from an on-site restaurant and coffee bar to a zero-entry pool, fitness centre, basketball court and soccer field, volleyball court, gaming stations, sports simulator, yoga lawn, children’s playground, splash pad, waterslides and more!

Our beautiful open plan home is both bright and spacious with modern interior throughout, which is perfect for all your guests as it offers space, comfort and luxury.

The Living Room is bright and spacious with views out to the lanai and pool area. Offering plenty of comfortable seating, this a great place for all your guests to gather in the evening and enjoy a movie or a ball game at the end of a busy Florida day.

The Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast to lunch at the comfortable breakfast bar, this is an ideal space to chat to your guests while preparing the evening meal.

The Dining Area with seating for 8 guests is a lovely place to sample some home cooking and with its contemporary setting you will enjoy catching up with the family and unwinding at the end of a busy day.

The Outdoor Space – features a block paved pool deck with a covered lanai area which is perfect for outdoor dining. The table has seating for 6 guests, plus 4 sun loungers so you and your party really can make the most of the Florida sunshine. Why not chill out in the pool or spa, enjoy some Alfresco meals or catch up over drinks.

The Bedrooms are beautiful, with luxury interiors throughout. The rooms all offer a little haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guest for dinner.

Master bedroom 1 – (downstairs) step into this opulent master suite with king sized bed. With the rich dark wood and mirrored furnishings, you get a real sense of luxury. This room has a flat screen TV along with an en-suite bathroom which has a walk in shower and double vanity sink.

Master bedroom 2 – (upstairs) at the front of the home, this room is simply gorgeous, with luxury and style that will make you feel truly pampered. The room has a flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 – (downstairs) situated at the front of the home, with bright white furnishings and crisp pale blue & grey interiors, this is the perfect place to spend a little down time and relax. The room has a flat screen TV and a bathroom just next door with a walk in shower and vanity basin sink.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) situated at the front of the home, this twin bed Mickey & Minnie themed room is the perfect place to really feel part of the Disney experience for both adults and kids alike.

Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) at the back of the home, this Star Wars themed bedroom with bunk beds is a fabulous room for siblings, friends or cousins travelling together as they can enjoy time reliving the events of the day

- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.

Solara is a brand new 24 hour security gated community of Detached Pool Homes and Townhomes with Pools, that is located on Westside 5 minutes off Highway 192 and only 5 Miles to the nearest Walt Disney World Gate.

The development is very much a 5 star resort community with excellent onsite amenities that will appeal to all member of the party and deliver the extra luxury that provides the finishing touches to your vacation.

There is a huge state of the art clubhouse with numerous water amenities to suit all age groups including a heated zero entry grand pool surrounded by beach cabanas and a Children’s Splash Park with water slides.

The competition level Flowrider Surf Simulator is great way to learn to ride the waves without hitting the beach although the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts are both just a 1 hour drive away. You have access to numerous Sports Courts at Solara that include Basketball, Beach Volleyball and a Full Size Soccer Pitch with a Fitness Room and Gymnasium providing all the equipment you would expect from a High End Resort.

There are Indoor and Outdoor lounges, an Onsite Bar and Grill Restaurant, a Coffee Bar, Ice Cream Parlour, Sndries Store plus a Tween / Teen Hang out Bar and Grill which is a great place for the kids to make new friends.

When you do find time to leave this extremely desirable resort there is an array of shops bars and restaurants on Highway 192 including some of our own favourite eateries such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish and Joes Crab Shack which are all less than 5 mins drive from this extremely desirable resort.
