This is a spacious 110 sqm, first floor, 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the Lauterbrunnen valley and famous Staubbach falls.

The living area has a full-width south-facing balcony for sunbathing or eating outside and captures the view of the snow-capped mountains all year round.

The master bedroom has a sloping pine ceiling and looks to the Staubbach waterfall as do both other bedrooms and kitchen

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge area. There is a large private balcony that has spectacular views of the valley and surrounding cliffs and waterfalls.

Bedrooms: There is a master bedroom with a large 180cm wide bed and sloping wooden ceiling. The second bedroom has a large 180cm wide bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have views of the Staubbach waterfall. The sofa in a living room serves as an extra sofa bed for 2 more people.

The kitchen is fully stocked for easy home cooking with a fondue and raclette set.

Bathrooms: There is a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet, double sinks, and a washer and dryer for clothes. The second bathroom has a toilet and a walk-in shower.

The entire apartment has under-floor heating.

In the living room there are games available and the TV has Netflix for cosy nights in.

There are no chalets to the side or directly in front of ours and it is not by the road so it is quiet.

Whether your choice is Summer or Winter you can be sure of lots to do, or just relax with the fantastic views from our balcony.

During the winter season access to the whole of the Jungfrau Ski Region is very easy. (Wengen, Mürren and Grindelwald).
It is the perfect spot for during the Summer as a base for hiking in the alps and trips to the lakes of Thunersee and Breienzersee.

I am married with two small children and we have lived in Lauterbrunnen for over 5 years.
We love the area for the skiing, hiking and the mountains here.
