Welcome to this picturesque cottage built in the 19th century and renovated in 2018, with it’s old charm well preserved. It's situated just outside of Nävekvarn – a small village in eastern Södermanland. Our location offers a closeness to both the Baltic Sea and forests of Kolmården. The cottage is around 45 m2 large and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.

In the living room there is a convertible sofa bed, which holds two 80 cm beds. In the master bedroom there is a 160 cm bed. Baby crib is available. The summer of 2019 there will be a small patio with barbeque and dining possibility available just outside the cottage, making it possible to enjoy the long light Swedish summer nights.
We hope you will enjoy our little cottage, which is possible to live in all year around and warmed up with electric heating and fire stove.

We have 800 metres to the coastline of Bråviken (Baltic sea) with the possibility to child friendly sandy beaches or your own secluded cliffs. We are surrounded by the deep forests of Kolmården, with hiking trail (Södermanlandsleden) and some of Sweden’s best mountains for climbing (Simonsberget and Bistaberget). In Nävekvarn you will find a marina, grocery store and during the summer time a restaurant.

Hello! We are a couple in our sixties, Helena and Lasse, who recently renovated the small and charming cottage on our estate. The main house has been our family home since 1990. Our three daugthers are now living elsewhere but we still have our two cats. Helenas main interest is arts and craft and Lasse is a motorcycle enthusiast.
