New house in King's Point built on the beach. Large deck overlooking the water and beach. There are no other houses besides it just across the road. This house is suited for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Beautiful open concept house with 3 bedrooms with their own washroom. A large deck to sit and watch activities on the beach and the whales. Some years there were 6 icebergs in our bay.

King's Point is close to highway....has 2 great hiking trails ALEXANDER MURRAY TRAIL which brings you up the mountain yo see spectacular views of the bay and the CARIBOU TRAIL which brings you where the 17 mile long bay meets the ocean. Then there's RATTLING BROOK FALLS TRAIL which brings you up by the falls. There are museums, waterfront pier, great restaurants with homecooked newfie food, beautiful scenery
