Other than Katherine's House, there are only three occupied houses in the neighborhood, with folks close enough to help if you need it, but far enough away for privacy. The one-lane road is closed just below our houses. You can still walk or bike the bottom half. More than half of the neighborhood is an unofficial wildlife sanctuary. Lots of birds and small critters, and our own herd of deer.
