The apartment is on the fourth floor of a quiet apartment block with an elevator. It comprises of a master bedroom with a sunny balcony. There is a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for kids or teenagers.

Our 2 bedrooms apartment (sleeps 4) is located a short walk from the peaceful park gardens of L'Abbaye de la Cambre, situated close to the beginning of the prestigious Avenue Louise. It is also very close to Ixelles which is surrounded by beautiful art nouveau and art deco mansions.

This place would be great for couples on vacation (with or without kids) who like to explore places on foot and love great food and drink. It would also be perfect for someone who needs somewhere comfortable to live for a few months whilst working in Brussels, as it is a 10 minute walk to Avenue Louise and not too far from the EU quarter.

If you like to run (or walk) the ponds and abbaye make a great easy circuit. If you fancy more of a challenge the Bois de la Cambre is not too far away, you can also rent bikes from the local bike station.
Right next to the apartment block is the safe, activity packed, Parc Jadot. If you have kids, they'll love the climbing frames set in a giant sand pit. In the park is a children's museum and even 2 goats.
An interesting 10 minute walk or a 2 minute bus ride on the 71 takes you to the hip Place Flagey where you'll find great bars, restaurants and cafes. In the opposite direction is the lively Cimetière d'Ixelles which has lots of quality food at great prices (it's between two universities). The 71 can also take you to the Royal Palace, Royal Museums of Fine Arts, Magritte Museum (and many more museums in the same area), the Grand Place and downtown Brussels.
Whatever your budget, you can get amazing food nearby. The traditional "Frites cot" (fries stand) at Place Flagey is amongst the best in Brussels. At the other end of the spectrum there are several Michelin starred restaurants within walking distance. We'd be happy to share some tips.
On a practical note, there is a supermarket, launderette (the apartment has a washer and drying rack but no drier), internet/print shops nearby and public transport (71 bus and 94/25/7 trams and 2 bike stations).
