This lovely Holiday Home is ideally located near the center of the town of Youghal. Shops, bars and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk. Ideal for exploring Ireland's Ancient East and South. Accommodation comprises 3 large bedrooms, master en-suite. There is a fully equiped kitchen, with washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Faithlegg, Waterford Castle, Fota and many more of Ireland's finest golf courses within a 30/40 minute drive. For the history enthusiast, Youghal is Ireland's 2nd oldest town and full of wonderful stories and ancient buildings and ruins. Great for historic walks. Sir Walter Raleigh had a home here in the 16th century and St. Mary's Church has been dated back to the early 1200's.
Terrific restaurants and bars and shops are all available in the town. Aherns is great for local fish, meat and other locally produced food.
People are lovely. Really friendly.
Twomey Butcher's in the town are great for the finest rib eye steak and local veg is always available.
