Adventure Apes Lodge is located in the small village of Vasaraperä surrounded by lakes, forests and fields in the beautiful countryside and a 30-minute drive to the town of Kuusamo and Ruka Ski Center. Downtown Posio 25 mins of drive away and border of Lapland is only a few kilometres away.

We offer cosy accommodations in traditional Finnish style for individuals and groups. The lodge also serves as the home base for Adventure Apes tours.

In total we have six rooms up to 24 people.

You will have your private room for four people. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room where you can also spend your evenings. Sauna, sports hall and traditional Finnish kota for outdoor meals available at extra cost.

Adventure Apes Lodge is located in the small village of Vasaraperä and is surrounded by forests and fields. The eleventh biggest lake of Finland, lake Kitka is within a-ten-minute-walk. Cross country skiing tracks, ice fishing and beautiful snow shoeing tracks just around the corner. Gear rental possible. Riisitunturi National Park and Oulanka National Park as well as Ranua Zoo are nice destinations for day tours.
