Some of the best snorkeling and diving in the island is located about 70 yard off the end of the dock. Starfish, turtles, hundreds of species of tropical fish.

Located in front of spooky channel this location allows guests an exceptional snorkeling and diving experience with access inside and Outside the reef.

We chose this location for it’s location and access to one of the best diving and snorkeling locations on the island, proximity to the airport, grocery store, West End and West Bay.

While we love West Bay for its beach, it gets quit busy when cruise ships are in, our guests can utilize our complimentary wrist bands to the Mayan Princess resort to spend days in the pool or at West Bay Beach but enjoy the peace and quit when of Sunnyside when cruise ships are in.

We do not kill the sea grass at it is hime home and nourishment to sea life. As a result, the swimming at your home is off the end of the dock and it’s not ideal to enter off the beach because of the sea grass.

What do our guests have to say, "Cozy cottage neatly situated very close to the beach (with ocean view), yet with good privacy. Lots of shady areas on the porch - ideal after a day snorkeling, on the beach, or on the dock enjoying great company or the beautiful sunset. One private bedroom, a living room that can turn to a second bedroom, and there is even room for an inflatable mattress to be fitted . AC very effective!"

Sunnyside is an amazing community, made up of people that live full time or part time from all over the world, including Canada, Germany, the US, and many other areas of the World.

If you have your own equipment you can dive one of the best sites on the island right off the end of our dock.

If you want to go out and explore dive sites all around the island our concierge will arrange for a dive company to pick you up right from the dock, some will pick you up for free others for a small fee that varies pending time if the year etc..

We think that Sunnyside is one of the best locations on the island. Approximately 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the grocery store. Also 5 minutes from West End and about 15 minutes from West Bay. Moreover, the reef is an easy swim from the end of the dock and the channel in front of the home is one of the best dive/snorkeling spots on the island! Close to all of the action in West End and West Bay yet you can enjoy the peace and quiet you want while on vacation at the house.

Vanessa is our local concierge, she will help arrange airport transfer, car rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, or arrange for tours.

- We offer free transportation from the airport for stays of 6 nights or longer. For stays shorter than 6 nights, we will arrange for transportation upon request, however, guest is responsible for associated fees. Typical airport transfer with grocery stop is $30.

Our concierge can arrange for additional transportation and your transportation back to the airport, any additional fees will be paid directly by guest to the taxi driver.

If you want to go out and explore dive sites all around the island our concierge will arrange for Blue Island Divers to pick you up free of charge right from the dock!

Our concierge Vanessa lives on island and is available to help guests. We also own a 3 bedroom 3 bath beach home next door that accommodates 9 if you have a large group.
