2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Lake access from neighborhood. 2 queen beds, one in each bedroom and a queen sized deluxe blow up air mattress. There is an upstairs outdoor deck off the living room, tall bushes provide shade and privacy for peaceful outdoor sitting/gathering. There is a covered downstairs patio overlooking the big, fenced back yard. Grill and firepit available. 2 kayaks available with 2 adult life jackets. Linens and mattresses have been upgraded for ultimate comfort.

On the upper level of the home is the living area with one of the full bathrooms. Downstairs are the 2 bedrooms and a bath with the laundry also on the lower level. Open area downstairs where blow up mattress can be used, however this area is not big or private. Picture included in photos. This home is suitable for 4 adults and two children. MAX 6 PEOPLE

This home is located in the cute little lake neighborhood of Simmons Shores. It has access to a neighborhood boat ramp (small daily fee for use) and a community pool free of charge. It's a great, safe neighborhood to go for a walk, ride your bikes around, bring a golf cart or atv and ride it around the neighborhood streets, down to the boat ramp or to the community pool. You will need some sort of vehicle to get the kayaks down to the water. Within 2 miles are several restaurants, 2 are just across the street. Tanglewood Resort is a mile away where there is a wonderful golf course, spa, two restaurants or have drinks in the tower with a beautiful view of the lake. Within 15 minutes of the home is the Sherman Town Center, an outdoor shopping mall, several movie theaters, lots of restaurants, nail salons/spas, Shulman Movie Bowl Grill, Heyday with an arcade, bowling and mini golf. Or take a day trip to Choctaw Casino 30 minutes away where they have a beautiful pool oasis, gambling, bowling and arcade.

NOTE/DISCLAIMER the pool belongs to the community and although it is open from "around" Memorial Day to "Labor Day" we as the homeowner have no control over when the pool is open. There have been times it has been closed without notification for cleaning or maintenance. So please keep that in mind when booking with us. Also, the boat ramp has been closed when the lake is flooded. This is also out of our control. The hours the boat ramp is open is 6am till 8pm. They close the gate during closed hours. There have been times when they have not opened it right at 6am, could be give or take 30 minutes
