With ocean views from every room, the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful Colonial-style home built in 1832, all located directly across from Lincolnville Beach. Our eight guest rooms all offer private bathrooms, some with Jacuzzis, and of course a full, gourmet style breakfast. Restaurants, shops along the beach, and the ferry out to Islesboro are all within walking distance.

Indawo
This sunny and delightful second-floor room has a view of the bay and overlooks the sunroom deck and south garden. The Oak furnishings are many, marked by the detailed workmanship of the queen size bed, unmistakably creating a “golden” atmosphere when combined with the custom Oak woodwork. Just past the conversation area, accented with a ceiling fan, is the private bath with a shower.

Second in command to the Captain, the First Mate is responsible for the cargo operations and the safety and welfare of the ship and her crew.
