Convenience of town yet with feeling of living on private beach (shared only with owner and caretaker living near by) This traditional Bocas home gives you a feeling of going back into time to when Bocas was a sleepy little unknown gem.

There is a caretaker living in a building next door who watches the place, can answer questions.

This is an original Bocas style wood house that has been added to with extended seafront porches, open kitchen space and large main bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom off the kitchen.

There are three bedrooms, one with three queen sized beds, one with a double and single, as well as the upstairs Queen bed with ocean view.

There is a seafront dock which is private for the guests but used by the owner to park a small boat and sometimes by the caretaker when the Beach House guests are away.

I, Benson, as host am always just a message/chat away. There is also a caretaker, Sukmansky Dmitry, who is a graduate of electrical Engineering from Odessa National Polytechnic University. Dmitry decided to move to Bocas as he has a passion for healthy living. He lives inside the property fence but in the building next door, as such he is almost always available should any problem arise. He also watches the property day and night, especially nice to know he is there when the guests often leave for hours to the beach or in the evening for dinner/to take advantage of Bocas night life. Some guests enjoy meeting and learning about his travels, other tend to seek and find the privacy they desire. Guests might find Dymitry watching the house as he mediates or does some Yoga on the beach side wood deck while guests are away. When guests in property of course he will not intrude. As owner, I take much comfort Dymitry likes the property so much he is often there keeping a watchful eye.
