The icing on the cake of this 5-studio villa is the 31 m² rooftop terrace (COMMON / SHARED SPACE) from which you can admire the beautiful city’s emblem: Tampa mountain and Poiana Brasov.

This 40 square meters studio is located on the 2nd floor / attic, on the same level with our rooftop terrace and is very bright and quiet. It combines modernity with coziness in the same time. It offers an open space bedroom and living room and has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large modern bathroom with a large shower.
You can rest on a super king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with an multi layer memory foam mattress for your extended comfort. There is also an extensible sofa chair that can host a 3rd guest. This extra sleeping area comes with an extra MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER in order to increase your sleeping comfort. You can enjoy watching a high-resolution LED TV with cable TV and Netflix. High speed wireless internet is available through out the building, including the rooftop terrace.
The studio is equipped with high quality furniture and appliances. It includes a combo washing machine with drying function, dishwasher, full sized fridge with freezer, induction hob, hood exhaust, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer.
All needed kitchenware will be available in the apartment.
A first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector are available for your safety.
Another safety feature of the villa is a video surveillance system installed on the exterior and on the staircase.
Check-in time is very flexible (24 hours) thanks to the available remote access system.

The neighborhood is very close to the Council Square ("Piata Sfatului" in Romanian), it's a 10-15 minute walk. It is located in a very quiet residential area, next to Unirii square ("Piata Unirii" in Romanian).
You can walk 2 minutes to "Casa Romaneasca" restaurant in the square, if you would like to try Romanian traditional cuisine or you can drink a very good coffee at Twin Beans if you walk 1 more minute from the restaurant.
A bank with ATM, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy and other shops are located within the square.
