Large, beautiful room with private entrance (entry code provided) and private full bathroom. Great view of 9 private wooded acres with trails, abutting 1000 acre wildlife preserve (Morgan Meadows, part of Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge). Within 20 minute drive of 6 lakes, 2 state parks, 3 public golf courses and a casino. Breakfast of yogurt, apples, muffins, coffee/tea, OJ provided.

We have parking for one vehicle. We provide basic fruit/yogurt/muffin breakfast but full kitchen is not available (there are many restaurants along the Rt. 302 Sebago Lakes corridor). The room has a micro-wave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker.

Walking trails in rural area. Not really a "neighborhood" but there are other homes and we can occasionally hear neighbor activities like lawn mowing, etc.

I am a professional jazz guitarist who has also taught music in the Univ. of Maine system for over 30 years. My career as a performing musician has spanned 4 decades and 5 continents and I have represented the USA overseas officially 5 times. My wife is a therapist who also teaches Psychology at a local community college. We try to conduct our lives, whenever possible, with the goals of peace and productivity and work very hard to encorporate these ideals into our home and everyday lives.
